I have external SCSI case with CF drive via ACARD 7720U scsi-bridge, terminator: ON, terminator power: ON. (This unit normally works with S1000 and S3000XL samplers. So it’s not faulty)

So, i happily formatted 1GB CF card to 650 MB in Translator, put it in CF drive connected to S770. Powered on and used Save System. And it just hangs like that for hours with message on the screen “Now saving system”.
